Jamie O’Hara and Jason Cundy recently sparred over whether Liverpool midfielder James Milner will make the Premier League’s all-time XI.
Milner has been an epitome of consistency, fitness and versatility over the years and has been a fantastic servant to every club he has played for.
The 37-year-old has proven to be one of the best free transfers in the history of the Premier leaguehaving joined Liverpool in 2015 after his manchester city expired deal.

Jamie O’Hara and Jason Cundy engaged in a heated debate while discussing Milner’s legacy on the talkSPORT YouTube channel.
O’Hara stated that Milner does not enter an all-time Premier League eleven. However, fellow expert Cundy strongly objected. Asked if Liverpool’s departing star is underrated, Cundy said:
“Yes he is”
O’Hara objected, insisting that Milner is highly regarded but doesn’t even make three Premier League elevens. He said:
“I think he is highly regarded in the game and a fantastic professional. If I had to pick three Premier League XIs would he be in it?”
O’Hara was surprised by Cundy’s response and insisted that Milner would not make an all-time Premier League eleven. Then Cundy said:
“Is he a Premier League legend? The answer to that is a resounding yes. He’s a Premier League legend.”
O’Hara replied:
“But you say underrated. I don’t think you’d put James Milner anywhere near an all-time XI. Three teams (of all-time XI).”
Cundy replied:
“He’s in the conversation (of Yaya, Gerrard, Lampard and Barry).”
O’Hara replied:
“He’s not in the conversation with those people.”
Cundy replied:
“Oh, that’s terrible of you. I’m going to throw that pen at you.
