A very peculiar sight lit up the sky on Friday night.
Video shared with FOX 2 in San Francisco shows a parade of “strange lights” slowly crossing the sky.
a video, shared with KTVU from above Vallejo, clearly shows the phenomenon.
It was posted on Twitter. The caption says he was seen around 9:30 p.m.
The narrator of the video posted by @Tnez111, he just says “dude” in amazement. Not much more could be said.
Another video, from about 25 miles northeast in Vacaville, shows four distinct patterns of asteroids or comets streaking across the night sky.
that video was posted by @KalzYoung at 21:46
One person who shared the video said they saw the lights heading southeast over San Ramon at 9:30 p.m. and it lasted about 40 seconds until they were no longer visible.

According to the famous astronomer Jonathan McDowell, the lights that many people saw were probably space junk.
in a tweetMcDowell said the space debris was likely object 45265, which has been orbiting Earth as debris for the past three years.
