Ghanaian rapper Medikal has revealed how his ex-girlfriend sister Debbie was shocked after he called to ask for a feature.
Social media users were shocked to see the former lovebirds together on the same set shooting a music video for their new song titled “Cold and Trophies.”

Medikl and sister Debbie’s new song shocked many Ghanaians because many did not expect any kind of relationship or bond between the two former love birds after their relationship collapsed in a messy fashion.

During an interview on Accra-based Kingdom FM, Medikal indicated that before recording the song, he never had in mind who he wanted to feature.
However, while recording his song, he felt that the best female singer for his song was his ex-lover Sister Debbie. According to him, he felt that Sista Afia had the vibes and voice for the role, hence her decision to present it.

Asked if it was difficult getting her to appear, she said: “I don’t disagree with her. We went out and things didn’t work out, but that doesn’t mean we have problems. When I called her for the first time in a long time, she was surprised that I called her. Then she asked me for the song, listened to it and sent me the verse of it ”.
