The Prime Minister of Bangladesh on allegations of a crackdown on political opponents and the ongoing Rohingya refugee crisis.

Bangladesh is ruled by none other than the founding father’s daughter, Sheikh Hasina, who has been in office for over 14 years.

Following a major fire at the Rohingya refugee camp in Cox’s Bazar on March 5, we asked how he is dealing with the challenges posed by the refugee crisis since 2017.

And as Bangladesh prepares for general elections later this year, we asked Hasina about allegations of persecution of members of the opposition.
