Hillary Vincent, manager of the popular gospel singer, Sammie Okposohas opened up about how the “Wellu Wellu” singer died.
It was previously reported that the veteran gospel artist passed away last Friday, with many publications claiming that he collapsed to his death.
However, debunking the claim in an interview with Punch, Vincent revealed that Okposo died in his sleep.
He said;
“It is not true that Sammie collapsed and died. That report is false. At the right time, the family will clear things up. But I can tell you with authority that he did not collapse. Rather, she just didn’t wake up from his dream.
“As for the funeral arrangements, the details will be released by the family. But right now, they are still grieving and mourning the singer’s death.”
