Palm Springs police said Saturday morning that a missing teen had been found “at risk” after wandering from her home overnight.
The department said 16-year-old Morgan Norris disappeared between midnight and 3:30 a.m. Saturday.
She was described as 5’5″, 118 pounds, and was last seen wearing a pink shirt and dark leggings.
Norris reportedly left the San Lorenzo Road area. He has a developmental disability and requires medication.
There was no immediate word on how she was found.
