Lance Reddick’s sudden death shocked many, including his wife, who posted an emotional tribute to her late husband on Saturday.
Stephanie Reddick, who married the “The Wire” actor in 2011, shared a message on his Instagram for his 139K followers.
“Lance was taken from us too soon,” Stephanie Reddick said. “Thank you for all your overwhelming love, support, and beautiful stories shared on these platforms over the last day. I look at your messages and I can’t begin to express how grateful I am to have you.
The couple have two children, Yvonne Nicole Reddick and Christopher Reddick.
“And to the thousands of Destiny players who played in a special tribute to Lance, thank you,” he saddened. “Lance loved you as much as he loved the game.”
