How to make a glass cast in Core Keeper
To make a glass cast, you will need 5x Copper bars and then craft the item in the copper workbench. This crafting station was added in the Paws & Claws update on May 10, 2023 along with the copper workbench. It is officially described as a “practical oven [that] it can turn any block of sand into useful glass.” Allows players to create Glass Pieces using sand blocks.
If you want to take full advantage of the recent update, you’ll absolutely need to get your glassmaking operation up and running! You will need 8 pieces of glass (along with 8 copper bars) to craft the Egg Incubator, which is needed to hatch the eggs and collect the pets released in the game.
You will also be able to use glass pieces to create glass bridges, floors and walls along with a glass workbench.
