There are four types of Muddy Eggs available in the game: Muddy Egg, Muddy Poison Egg, Muddy Slippery Egg, and Muddy Lava Egg.

To get Oozy Eggs, you will need to defeat Glurech the Abominous Mass, which is a slime boss that has a chance to drop this item. The Oozy Egg is described as a “transparent mystery egg”. Has a decent chance to drop the boss (about 18% per wiki). You can find this boss in the Dirt Biome.

Once you’ve obtained an Oozy Egg, you can place it in the incubator to transform it into a Cracked Oozy Egg, which will give you the Jr. Orange Slime companion.
