Gospel musician Empress Gifty has comforted her husband, Hopeson Adorye, after he announced her removal from office.
In the early hours of yesterday, Ghanaian politician Hopeson Adorye revealed that he has been fired from his job at Homeland Security.

Speaking about the reason for his dismissal in an interview on Onua FM, Mr. Adorye said he lost his job mainly because of his strong support for an aspiring PNP standard-bearer, Alan Kyerematen.

“God will take care of us, we will eat, uncle (referring to the host of the program), God has us. As we work in opposition to bring Akufo-Addo to power, we will do the same to bring Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen to power,” he said.
Reacting to the news of her husband’s layoff, the gospel musician shared a beautiful video of her and her husband and captioned it: “Nyame nti y3b3 didi,” meaning “God will provide our daily bread.”
