After defending his world flyweight muay thai championship in November 2022, Rodtang revealed his commitment to becoming a king of two sports. ‘The Iron Man’ returned to the flyweight kickboxing division at ONE Fight Night 6. He was supposed to fight Daniel Puertas, but the fight card was shuffled when Ilias Ennahachi vacated his title.
When Puertas was promoted to the main event, Rodtang faced Yibu. ‘The Iron Man’ achieved a unanimous decision victory, using his show tactics throughout the fight. ONE shared a clip of the king of muay thai flyweight taunting ‘The Eagle of Yi’. Fans loved the video, with some commenting:

Rodtang’s win against Yibu brought him one step closer to his two-sport world championship aspirations. ‘The Iron Man’ will return to the circle on March 24 against the reigning king of flyweight kickboxing, Superlek Kiatmoo9. The highly anticipated showdown takes place in the main event of ONE Fight Night 8 on Prime Video.

Rodtang Jitmuangnon he’s locked in for his next confrontation against Superlek Kiatmoo9. That said, ‘The Iron Man’ has more than one fight scheduled. Regardless of the outcome at ONE Fight Night 8, Rodtang will defend his world muay thai flyweight championship against newcomer Edgar Juares Tabares.
