(NewsNation) — Idaho real estate agent Rick Robinson was tasked with selling Lori Vallow’s home after she was arrested.

Robinson did not know the history of the Rexburg, Idaho rowhouse when she arrived, but said there was an “evil feeling” inside.

“For us, it was just another list. Just another townhome. We’ve sold dozens of those, and nothing had crossed my mind beforehand,” Robinson told NewsNation host Ashleigh Banfield during a Wednesday night appearance on “Banfield.” “From the moment I walked through that door, there was just… I mean, the only way I can describe it is that there was a very evil feeling. Almost like it makes the hairs on your neck stand up. …She really took me by surprise. That was not what I expected when I went in there, not at all.”

Robinson was apparently one of the first people to walk through the Vallow home after the police searched the house. The garage was the last room she saw when she walked through the house, and it wasn’t until she saw some boxes with “JJ” written on them that she realized where she was.

Robinson said she had never felt this way before entering a home.

“The feeling there was so dark and creepy.”

Vallow, 49, has pleaded not guilty to murder, conspiracy and grand theft charges in the deaths of her two minor children and her new husband’s former wife. JJ Vallow’s official cause of death is suffocation by a plastic bag placed over his head and duct tape over his mouth; His sister, Tylee Ryan, was declared the victim of “homicide by unspecified means,” Ada County Medical Examiner Dr. Garth Warren said Wednesday.
