President Muhammadu Buhari has approved outgoing legislator (Kano Municipal), Sha’aban Sharada, as executive secretary of the newly created National Commission for Almajiri.
The president’s press aide, Garba Shehu, confirmed this on Sunday night.
Shehu said Sharada’s appointment followed the president’s assent to the National Commission for Almajiri and Out-of-School Children’s Education Bill 2023.
Mr. Sharada has a BA in Mass Communication from the University of Bayero, Kano and an MBA from the University of Chichester, UK.
