The executives based the commissioner’s suspension on Article 21(D) of the APC Constitution and asked Iso to stay away from all party activities while he was suspended.

The statement says “We are writing to notify you of your 12-month suspension from District 8, Calabar Municipality, from the APC.

“His suspension is based on the recommendations of the disciplinary and investigative committee established to investigate the petition for misappropriation of party funds and anti-party activities filed against him.
