JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has issued an Amber Alert for 7-year-old Kaitlyn LaRocca in Duval County.
Kaitlyn was last seen in the 5000 block of Los Santos Way in the Arlington area of Jacksonville on Saturday afternoon.
He is 4 feet tall and weighs 60 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
The woman the Florida Department of Law Enforcement says is his abductor is 26-year-old Heaven Ulshafer. According to court documents, Ulshafer is Kaitlyn’s mother but does not have custody of her.
Ulshafer is a white female, she is 5 feet 3 inches tall and weighs 120 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.

The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office says police are trying to locate both individuals to “determine their safety.”
