In a recently resurfaced interview, Raisa’s father said the two had a “disagreement” over the “Spring Breakers” star’s drinking habits.

In a November 2022 interview with the Spanish news program “First impact”, that resurfaced this week, Raisa’s father, radio host Renán Almendárez Coello, known as “El Cucuy De La Mañana,” claimed the two friends quarreled over Gómez’s drinking habits.
“There was a little disagreement when Selena was drinking. Francia told her that they didn’t give her a kidney to drink alcohol,” he said in Spanish.
After the interviewer asked him if he had a message for Gómez, Coello said: “Take care, Mija. Be very careful. Life is beautiful.”
According to the national Kidney Foundation, it is recommended that those to whom the organ has been donated drink alcohol in moderation, and women are advised to have only one alcoholic drink a day after surgery.
